Building is personal.
So are we.
This isn't a production line. It's a family-run company led by a carpenter who actually cares about the home you're inviting us into.
I'm Carlos.
And I love this craft.
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I've been self-employed since around 2022, building a life around work that challenges me, teaches me, and lets me make something real.
I’ve worked on projects in New York, New Jersey and Colorado—from home improvements and outdoor structures to wheelchair ramps. What stays with me most isn't a project total. It's the families who invited me into their homes and treated me like one of their own.
My favorite projects are the ones where I can slow down, study the work, and make every cut and joint count.
Built around people.
Not a stopwatch.
I live with herniated discs in my lower back. Some days require a more measured pace, and I've shaped my business around that reality instead of making promises my body or the craft can't keep.
In return for a flexible, well-communicated schedule, we aim to offer fair and transparent estimates, meaningful attention to detail, and work we're proud to stand behind. We don't race through a job or price it on margins that make good work impossible.
Small-team scheduling can change with weather, materials, site conditions or work already in progress. You'll hear it from us when something changes.
What to expect ↗Trust is earned
in the details.
Do the work with pride.
We take the time to measure twice, plan carefully and build for the long run.
Keep it human.
We value kindness, good communication, safe worksites and an honest exchange of expectations.
Make things right.
When a concern comes up, we ask that you bring it to us. We'll discuss it directly and work toward a fair solution.
A place for
generosity.
Two wheelchair ramps I've built remain among the most meaningful projects I've taken on. One in Loveland, Colorado, for a wonderful customer named Cate, left a lasting impression.
That's part of why we want to make access ramp construction free for people who need it, whenever we have the resources to do so.
The free ramp initiative ↗If your top priority is the fastest possible turnaround, we're happy to be upfront that another contractor might be a better fit.
